A crazy week has blown by. I dropped my parents off at the airport this morning, and they are probably soaring through the friendly skies right now. I graduated from Southern Seminary, turned 28, and had a surprise party thrown in my honor (that I, unwittingly, helped plan and throw). (You can read about the weekend over at our family blog). I was encouraged by many friends and family, both in person and through Facebook, email, text messages, and, especially, the book of encouragements and reflections that Laura put together. Thank you to all of you who said so many kind and encouraging things!
Thank you especially, Laura. You are, quite simply, the best. I love you and I’m looking foward to the future days, weeks, months, years, and decades together with you as we follow Jesus.
